The five elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air and Spirit (Sky) are an integral part of nature, without which humanity could not have sustained and flourished. Mankind’s very survival depended on the elements and the Nature. However, today the concept sounds like a farfetched fantasy as man grew distant from his age old companion and the holistic health healing it ensures. We need to remember that our true environment is far more than just the stimulation and context of our relationships, ambitions, career, family, home and so on.

By parting ourselves from nature and the elements, we are unknowingly drifting apart from ourselves, our soul and divinity, from well being and spirituality, from the eternal happiness that comes from selfless relationships and unconditional love. Our advances in technology and science are nothing bad, but our indifference and ungratefulness towards nature has definitely worsened! It is time to realize this aloofness and reconnect with the spiritual entity of nature and mysticism.

Science has proven that nearness to nature, elements and other life forms like plants and animals, can make people nicer, healthier and happier. It results in decreased stress levels, stimulated healing, healthier lifestyle, lesser diseases and a friendlier and wiser outlook to life. Communicate and extend your loving touch of friendship to nature by sparing some peaceful moments of solitude in open grassland under a tree or near a water body with its sweet lullaby and let the cool breeze sweep away your stresses, feel the earth below as it supports your body and absorbs all your pains. Breathe deeply and calmly. Feel one with the elements and connect with your soul which is a part of the mystic eternity. Smile and express your gratitude to nature and all the elements for their various gifts to you. Experience nature and its mystic bliss with all your five senses to reach out and belong to the higher spirit. The practice will surely heal and rejuvenate you by bringing you closer to your real entity and Holistic Health Wellness.
